- Customers are paying for career guidance, online training and consultation only.
- Subscription to training and Pre-marketing process will not be guarantee a job placement.
- We don’t offer Job Guarantee scheme. Fee paid will be towards training only.
- Attendees are entitled to one complimentary re-book, if this is made prior to the day of the course.
- A re-booking done after 5 sessions of the course and subsequent re-bookings may incur a fee.
Payment Terms – Online Training
- All applicable 50% course fees must be paid to secure admission to the course.
- Remaining 50% should be paid after 5 sessions and before start of 6th session.
Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training
- If the cancellation is done by the customer within 3 sessions of training, 10% will be deducted as administration fee.
- If the cancellation is done by the delegate after 5 sessions of training no refund will be made.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made.
